RE: Tutoring
Hi.
I don't know what school you go to or the class9es0 that you need assistance in but the school I attend has an adult learning center and they offer free tutoring in all math disciplines and then there is a tutoring center that offers tutoring in everything else. You could try looking into that. Some of my professors give us websites that offer assistance in our syllabus. I have found a few tutoring websites on my own that offer free tutoring for Accounting and Statistics. Good luck and I hope this helps. |

At Western Kentucky University they also offer free tutoring at a Study Center. I agree with the other poster, you will definitely want to check with the school first. Many schools have a special place where you and the tutor can meet, and it makes it easier for some people to learn that way. It is up to you, of course. There are some online tutoring services I just saw online, too. You would definitely save money with a free school tutor. Good luck with your studies. |

RE: Tutoring
I agree that you should definitely start by finding out what your school offers first. If they don't have anything compatible with your needs, then explore options such as Wyzant.com and others.
As for 24houranswers.com, I have no experience with them, so I can't help you there, sorry. |

RE: Tutoring
I have ADD and need to know if anyone is aware of governmental or ADA guidelines for providing one on one tutoring in college. I have trouble with maths and my college has informed me that they cannot accommodating me with a tutor. If we can offer help to a fellow nerd-fighter in a particular subject.
